I personally was amazed at the creative ways everyone used the prompts during the official Drabble/Flash Fiction Roulette this year. I thought it would be nice to try and keep that inspiration going.
Under the cut is a new table: sixteen squares, three prompts in each (a word, a line from a poem, and a link to a picture). You can leave a comment to say which ones you want to work on, or simply bookmark the page and check it out when you want a few light reps to flex your writing muscles. And if you happen to complete a line of prompts in any direction (four across, down, or diagonal) there may just be a little surprise coming your way.
These prompts will be up for August and September, and a new set will be posted on October 1. Feel free to write RPS or FPS. There's no maximum word count; the minimum is 100. The only other rule? If you write something based on one of these prompts, please make mention of the comm in your fic header and make a post with a link to your story in the comm. Free and easy. :-)
( And on the first day of August, there were prompts. )
