Today's the day! It's an honor to present the 2009 fiction writers for the wordsontongue VigBean fic exchange. Thanks to all the writers for their amazing work, the readers for their wonderful comments, and everyone for making this another successful year. I want to especially thank our back-up writer, koulagirl666 who came through when needed and did an amazing job.

I will be e-mailing participant banners to everyone (including those authors who participated in the Drabble/Flash Fiction Roulette) this afternoon so if you do not receive an e-mail from the vbmods gmail account by tomorrow morning let me know. Huge thanks to stormatdusk for her gorgeous graphics.

Looking for a little more inspiration? About three or four times over the next few months (beginning in August) I'm going to post a set of prompts (similar to what we did for the roulette round) that will hopefully give you tons of ideas for fics. It will be open to RPS and FPS, which is the direction I'd like the exchange to go next year if I can make it work; so not only Viggo and Sean themselves but any of the characters they've played as well.

This is going to be very informal: I'll present the prompts and you can write and post whenever the mood strikes you, free to post in your journals and other comms as well. I'm going to wait a few days to post here, but you can preview the new set of prompts (for August and September) at my journal now. I hope you find something that tickles your fancy.

Thanks again to everyone who participated in 2009. This was a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to the third exchange and roulette next year.
