Submission and header info

Hello. Assignments and roulette prompts have been out for nearly a couple of weeks now; I hope you're doing well and have found inspiration. :-) As a little something extra to get you in the mood, courtesy of Google here's a song I call "Variations on VigBean" (I'll put the "lyrics" in a comment).

The first deadline for drabbles and flash fics is three weeks away, on Friday, July 1. However, because writers could decide to write more than one piece for each number on the roulette wheel they chose, you do have until July 24 to turn everything in. Exchange writers, you also have until July 24 (about six weeks) to complete your stories and send them in.

Please use the following header information when submitting your drabble or story (right click and "select all" in the box below to copy and paste into your document):

<b>Title:</b> <b>Author:</b> <b>Characters:</b> (You only need to include this field if you're writing FPS or an FPS/RPS crossover; if left blank I'll know it's straight VigBean) <b>Rating:</b> <b>Warnings:</b> (This is a required field but I'll be shading it out so people who want warnings can highlight it and see) <b>Beta:</b> <b>Request:</b> (for fics) <b>Prompt(s):</b> (for drabbles/ficlets) <b>Disclaimer:</b> <b>Summary:</b> (not required) <b>Author's Note:</b> (not required)

Please format your stories as you would for an LJ post and include a blank line between paragraphs. If you're using any formatting in your document (bold, italics, centering, etc.), please use basic html codes. If you need help with your coding, please let me know; I'm more than happy to help. It would be lovely if you replaced smart quotes, ellipses, m- and n-dashes before sending the file. I'm not requiring it, but it would be appreciated.

Please make sure to include your name as part of the file name so that I can keep all submissions organized. All stories must be sent as an attachment to vbmods@gmail.com as a plain text document (.txt file). You can either copy the text from your word processing software and paste it into Notepad or TextEdit and then save as a text file, or from Word (or any other word processing software) do a "save as" and save your original document as a text file.

This is lovely!!!! It plays tunes - I can type in all sorts of soppy things and it sings them!!!! How splendid! and the lyrics can be turned into full blown songs - even a gorgeous opera!!!!! A really good vigbean opera -!!!!!! La passionata!!!! or The Marriage of Viggolo!

It's turning out to be the biggest time suck in my life, but it's so much fun playing with it. :-)
